Who we are

This website is operated by Equity Release Hub Limited (Company No. 16234226), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Registration No. ZB960303). It is an educational information and enquiry website; any regulated mortgage or equity release advice is provided separately through an FCA-authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and later life lending firm.

What we collect and why

• Contact details you provide (name, phone number, email, message) when you use the enquiry form, call, or email — used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to provide advice.
• Information gathered during advice (income, property, health and family circumstances) — used to assess suitability and make a recommendation, as required by our regulatory obligations.

What we will never do

• Sell your details to anyone
• Pass your details to third parties for marketing
• Contact you with sales calls after you've told us the time isn't right

Who we share data with

Only where necessary to provide the service you've asked for: the FCA-authorised firm through which any regulated advice is provided, and — if you proceed with a recommendation — the relevant lender and solicitors. Our website enquiry form is processed by Formspree, which transmits your message to us securely.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that don't proceed are deleted within a reasonable period. Where advice is given, records are retained for the periods required by financial services regulation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@harpendenequityrelease.co.uk.
